First, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to report that the DP household has no food waste to report this week. I have some hummus to eat up in the next few days, but that shouldn’t be a problem for me at all. 😉

Last week at our local farmer’s market I picked up a London broil. But not just any London broil; bison London broil. Local bison London broil. The hubs and I will be celebrating a late Valentine’s Day this Wednesday, and the bison meat is the star of our menu. I haven’t nailed down a recipe for it yet, so feel free to leave any suggestions in my comments.
