Unidentifiable Goo

100_2434I think I have narrowed it down to some kind of tahini concoction I put on vegetables a few weeks ago.  This tiny container was hidden behind a few things in our refrigerator for far too long.  And since I am not even sure what’s in it, I’m not willing to taste it.  So in the trash it goes.

That is all of our waste this week.

I look forward to a visit to the farmer’s market tomorrow for some more grass fed bison, by the way.

Our belated Valentine’s meal was delicious.  We cooked a grass-fed bison London broil.  I hardly had to season this lovely piece of meat, and it was juicy and super tasty.  It was even darker in color that any other piece of beef I have ever bought.

Ryan has asked if I can continue to get our “beef” from this particular vendor because of how wonderful it tastes.  I, of course, was happy to oblige.  I have a recipe I will be sharing with you all later this week.  I’ll be buying a chuck roast from the same rancher for that particular meal. 🙂

Have a wonderful weekend, all!
